Pyongyang traffic control
In North Korea's capital Pyongyang electricity is so scarce that apparently most of the time these cop girls take care of traffic control. They do it in a totally emotionless, robotic manner that's certainly weird to behold. By the way, I'll have a comprehensive post about Pyongyang up soon.
