You can look it up on Google Maps and you'll see that there's only a blurred out satellite view available, showing that it's very much at the end of the world, on the tip of the peninsula... indeed a perfect spot for a secret base.

That's ridiculous. Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is a thriving metropolis. I don't know where Bechyovinka is, but it is not the same as Petropavlovsk. I was there in 2001 and would like to visit again.
